No Shave November

Richard had fun with no shave November. He was so excited to grow a mustache. I was just excited for him to take it off. Paisley was sad because she loved rubbing her face on her dads whiskers.

We did not want to change a thing this year with our traditions so we made sure we made it to the Louisville Christmas parade. It was a really good parade other than you have to stand the whole time. Pasiley loves her light up christmas tree that Dad made sure she got in the parade. I forgot my camera at the parade so these are the after pictures.

Black Friday!!! One of my favorite things. So first thing on Thanksgiving day me and Paisley got up and walked to the Black grocery store to get the black friday ad. As soon as we got home we started looking at the ads. Even Paisley had fun playing in the ads. I started shopping at 5pm on Thanksgiving day at Michaels. I got a steal on a Nativity set and a Christmas wreath. I was so Happy. That night I went to walmart and got everything price match from the other stores which worked great. My sweet Husband got up early at 4 am to hit radio shack. Black Friday was a success.

Thanksgiving was lots of fun at the clubhouse. We had tons of food so we all got to bring home leftovers. Paisley did not like thanksgiving she was really unhappy about the party and just wanted to go home. It was kind of funny because she loves all of our friends at church but she did not want anyone to look at her or touch her other than Mom and Dad at the dinner.

We watched 5 little ones once a month so their parents can go on a date. It gets a little crazy sometimes so this time we had a movie night and they loved it. Paisley was so happy to have friends over. I am not so sure Richard was excited about it though. It makes for great fun for 2 hours.

Just a Few More...

                                                                Last of all..

This is Paisleys new favorite toy!!! She loves her balloon from Chick fil A.

We made carmel apples...Well Lilly the Halls little girl pretty much made them all for us. It was fun having the Halls and the Christians over for a fall dinner tonight. We had Olive Garden soup salad and breadsticks. Paisley is now sitting up pretty strong but she still tips over somtimes. I am so proud of her.

 

We went to Botanical Gardens with the Stewart's and Christians. Trick or Treating was so fun and everyone thought Paisley was so cute in her costume. We had fun hitting all of the booths and going a a hay ride and through the hay maze. We topped everything off by going to Mr. Magic!!! It was kind of funny because when we made a stop at one of the booths someone was dressed up in a bottle of shampoo costume and they knew Paisley. I kind of looked at the shampoo bottle a little surprised and she said oh you can't see me but I cut Richards hair!

Ward Halloween Party Oct 28th 2011

Aloha!!! It was so fun taking Paisley on her first trick or treating experience. It was kind of silly because she can't eat the candy but we are just excited parents and we wanted her to go trick or treating. Our ward decorated the doors on the inside of the church and the kids went trick or treating inside the church. We had a lot of fun trick or treating!

Paisleys first time with solid foods. She really does not like eating baby food. I have tried everything that she can eat right now. All the baby cerals, beans, peas, and she can really care less for any of it. She loves playing with her food though and blowing bubbles at me with it in her mouth.

We had so much fun carving pumpkins. I was really shocked that Paisley could fit in the pumpkin so well. Me and Rich have been waiting all October to carve pumpkins. Paisley really liked being in the pumpkin until she was in there to long and she was sleepy.

Mammoth Caves Sept 8th 2011

A couple of weeks ago for fall break We went to mammoth caves. We started out the day by checking into our hotel. I thought I was going to be able to handle a two star hotel...but I decided when I got there that I changed my mind. I told Richard that I wanted to just go to Mammoth Caves and then go home. Mammoth Caves was really cool and Paisley did great in the caves. I was so proud of her. She went on an hour long tour in the cold and did not even fuss. Me and Richard are so excited that we live so close to the longest cave in the world!
