I love these Two Cuties

I can’t believe how fast Easton is growing up. He will be 5 months old next week. He is always smiling and cooing. Paisley is such a good big sister. She helps out so much. She is always trying to teach and play with Easton. I am so proud of her.

Easton’s Newborn Pictures

I have been meaning to post these pictures for the longest time and just keep forgetting. This pictures were taken when Easton was about a week and a half old. He is such a sweet boy and he did such a good job getting his pictures done.

Trip to Cincinnati

Cincinnati has the worlds largest children's museum. We had lots of fun playing there all day long. Easton was even able to to enjoy it too. This museum has lots of activity's to do with dinosaurs. When we were in Cincinnati we also met up with Mitch and Toni for dinner. We went and got pizza and it was delicious.

House Fire

Over Spring break someone decided to light our wreath on fire. I woke up at 1 a.m to a knock on the door. As soon as I heard the knock on the door I knew our house was on fire because I could smell smoke. I quickly got up and ran out to the living room. I could hardly see anything because our living room and kitchen was full of smoke. When I answered the door my neighbor Chris Sullivan said our door was on fire and he put it out with his fire extinguisher. His wife was just about ready to go to bed when she smelt smoke and asked her husband to go and check. We called the police and with in a few minutes we had the k9 unit, fireman, helicopters, the bomb squad all at our house trying to find out who had lit our house on fire. They told us that an arsonist has lit about 40 homes on fire with in a couple of years and they can not find him. Our apartment complex has him on camera getting out of his car but the police have still not been able to find him. Our house smelt terrible and I was a little worried. Later that day we had someone come and bring an ozone machine into our house to get the smoke smell out of it. We had to leave the house for a couple of days while the ozone machine was on. This worked out great though anyways because we already had a hotel up in Cincinnati to go and see Mitch and Toni and to go to the children's museum. When we retuned home we were shocked with how well the ozone machine worked. We could hardly smell any smoke! We were all very lucky.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

This year the Leprechaun visited our house. He left clues for Paisley while she was taking a nap. I was so proud of Paisley she found her clues and treasures all by herself. The leprechaun left Paisley some skittles and gold coins. He also left Easton some Green milk. (I did not have him drink it)

For dinner I made green calzones, green salad, grapes, and a green smoothie. This years dinner turned out much better than last years. We all loved the dinner including the nasty looking smoothie.

Happy Valentines Day

This year for Valentines Day we had the missionary's come over for dinner. Paisley helped me dip strawberries, marshmallows, and cinnamon lips in chocolate. Paisley loves having the missionary’s over for dinner so we try to do it often. Richard was really sweet to get me some flowers and perfume. I decided I was going to really surprise Richard this year. I got him a new computer. He was shocked but he loves his new Mac.

Grandma Wangsgard comes to Visit!

It has been a really long time since I have written on our blog. Easton has kept me really busy lately. In January Grandma Wangsgard came to visit us. Mitch and Toni also came to visit us for one night while she was here. Toni was so sweet to paint all of our nails. Paisley loves Toni to death. We had fun playing games and having treats with them. We had lots of fun with Grandma Wangsgard and she spoiled us too.

Easton's Baby Blessing

We blessed Easton in Utah while were were visiting out family. I wish I would have taken nicer pictures but I just was in a hurry that morning and after church. Richard did such a good job on his blessing.

Christmas in Utah

We were all so excited to go to Utah for Christmas. We made a count down to Grandmas house.
IMG_1688
Unfortunately the day we flew out to go to Utah Paisley got really sick. She started having a hard time breathing while we were flying. Right when we landed in SLC we took her to the hospital and she spent the next two days in the hospital. She was so sad that she did not get to go to Grandmas house right away. We were so grateful to have the help of family while she was in the hospital. I wish I could say we were all healthy the rest of the trip but I can’t. I spent got strep, and Easton got a bad cold. Even though we had a lot of sickness we still had a lot of fun in Utah.

It was so fun seeing Paisley play with all of her cousins. They are so cute with her.

The Cook family Christmas party was so much fun. I loved how my Aunt bought Pajamas for everyone. We had pizza, salad, and dessert. We played some fun games too. My Aunt Debbie was really sweet to go and get gifts for everyone. She really made this family party really special since it was our last Cook family Christmas party.

Christmas morning is always fun waiting for everyone to get together to go into the living room.

I think this picture is pretty funny because Abby is wide awake Christmas morning and Paisley looks like she is half asleep still.

Paisley loved all of her princess toys that she got for Christmas.

Easton was just happy with a bottle.

Grandma Embry Coming to Visit

Grandma Embry came to Kentucky to visit us and help me out right after I had Easton. While she was here we went to Christmas at the Galt house. We had fun looking at lights, gingerbread houses, Christmas forest, and seeing Santa.
